Dear brothers, dear sisters in Christ!
When we let the prayers for suffering people and animals all over the world work in us, when we hear the news, we sense unspeakable sorrow, hardship, misery, illness and death. And many a one asks himself: “Where is Christ? We pray to Him – and yet the help is so little!“ Let us think of the many, many people and also of ourselves – hardship, worries, suffering and illness permeate the earth. The animals suffer through us. Nature is violated. – Where is God?

When we then we hear: God is in us; He is closer to us than our arms and legs, closer than our neighbor – then the question arises in us: “If He is so close, why doesn’t He help us?”

When we look at so-called Christianity and the other religions, we have to recognize that many, very many – the majority of people – were led to without, to a God in the external world. But Jesus, the Christ, taught us: “The Kingdom of God is within, in each person.”

When Jesus went over this earth, He healed many people. However, there were many whom He could not heal. When individuals, who had experiences healing through Him, went to Him and thanked Him, He essentially said: “Your faith has helped you. Go forth and sin henceforth no more.”
Let us allow these words to work in us: “Your faith has helped you. Go forth and sin henceforth no more.”
From this, we may conclude that faith is decisive. But what does faith mean in the sense/meaning of Jesus, the Christ?
We could say: “Many religions call upon us to believe.” And many say: “I believe in Christ.” But Jesus continued: “Go forth, and sin henceforth no more.” From this, we can conclude: We should not merely talk about faith, but let the faith of the deed develop, because also in the Sermon on the Mount Jesus, the Christ, said: “The one who does My teachings is a wise man.”
And so, for us this means: The faith of the deed is the help for creating a basis, based on which Christ is able to help, soothe, and heal.
And so, Christ needs our active faith. Active faith is the belief in Christ, in that we step by step do what He taught us. God gave us the Ten Commandments; Jesus, the Christ, bought home to us anew the commandments of God and gave us the teachings in the Sermon on the Mount. When we put these simple instructions in practice in our daily life, we will find ourselves in the active faith.
Active faith is thus the foundation for healing, the foundation for attaining help in hardship, sorrow and worries.
We human beings talk too much about our worries, about our suffering and illnesses. But at the same time, this means that we don’t give Christ a chance to help, to sooth and heal. Yes, we talk ourselves into more suffering; we summon it, as it were, by saying and affirming over and over again: “Yes, I suffer. Yes, I am experiencing hardship. I will experience this and that blow of fate.” And we talk and talk about it. Through this, the suffering, worry, hardship and illness become worse and worse and spread out over the whole globe. Let us ask: Why? Basically because in the religions we hear: “Faith alone is enough.” The proof that it is not enough is that people are suffering more and more, that worries and disasters are becoming ever greater.
Dear brothers, dear sisters in Christ! Practice the active faith, so as to create the basis for Christ, so that He can serve and help us, so that He can soothe and heal.
Every physician has a basis for what he does: his studies. Every farmer has the fields as his basis. And so, every person needs a basis, in order to build on it. In order to be effective in us, Christ also needs a foundation, namely, the basis of our strong faith and trust in Him. We create this positive aspect, the basis, through our “Yes” to Christ and through the step-by-step fulfillment of the commandments, by always questioning ourselves when a blow of fate hits us: “Why is this hitting me?” Christ essentially said: “Ask and it will be given to you.” And so, we call Him: “Christ, please help! Help me to recognize what I have to clear up in my life, so that I may create the basis for Your help.”
The foundation, the basis, is the positive. It is the faith, the active faith, in Him, in that we question ourselves in order to find out whether what we are thinking, saying and doing corresponds to the will of the Lord, His commandments and His Sermon on the Mount. If not, we should turn back and change our ways, by clearing up our thoughts, our negative aspects – and no longer doing them. The words of Jesus, the Christ, are: “The one who hears these words of mine and does them is a wise man.”
If we fulfill the commandments and the teachings of Jesus, the Christ, step by step, we create a positive energy field in ourselves. This positive energy field – let’s call it foundation or basis – is a positive energy of communication, which communicates with Christ in us. Via this positive energy field, Christ radiates into our body via our soul, with this, Christ gives us help with our worries and needs. Christ helps us to recognize the causes in ourselves for our suffering, in our faults, weaknesses, in our egoism, our lack of love. Christ helps to relieve our suffering; He heals. But we need the basis, the foundation, that is, this positive magnetic field.
Dear brothers, dear sisters, I am totally convinced of this. If we create this foundation starting today, then things will also go better for us from day to day. If, for instance, every Friday we call Christ, the Inner Physician and Healer, and if we become more and more aware of how close He is to us, we will also feel Him more and more and will experience that He is present and stands by us.
Look into our world! It is very sad that so many people are suffering; so much is unjust; so many are plagued and marked by hardship and worry – whether human being or animal. We are the ones who bring the animals into this situation. We are also the ones who bring what is in our thoughts into our own situation.
Let us try in a quiet hour to find out what it means to believe. And something more: If Christ does not help tomorrow or even immediately – let us remember what He wants to say to us. “Your faith has helped you,” He said, “Go forth and sin henceforth no more.” And so, this means: Trust and clear up day by day the attack of the all-too-humanness, which we also call sin.
The one who wants to will practice active faith and trust, in order to gradually create the basis for Christ in us.
Dear brothers, dear sisters, do not become tired; please do not become tired of aligning with Him, the source of love, over and over again. The one who does this, and keeps to it, will sense the presence of the great Spirit over and over again, and it will become a need for him to be with Christ and with Him to stand by his neighbor – and seen globally, Mother Earth.
